Construction Supervision Services for New Cybercrime Headquarters in Gdańsk

This contract opportunity involves providing construction supervision services for the new headquarters of the Central Bureau of Cybercrime at 60 Harfowa Street, Gdańsk. The project follows a 'design and build' approach, adhering to the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) developed for this investment task. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, access to the PFU will be restricted and only available to participants who confirm their commitment to confidentiality regarding technical, legal, and organizational information, as well as personal data obtained during the procurement process. Detailed information about the contract and its execution is included in the specification and its attachments, including the draft contract. The minimum warranty period for quality assurance is 60 months from the contract's completion date. The contractor must personally perform key tasks, representing the buyer before third-party institutions, including state and local authorities, construction supervision, and courts. Subcontracting for these key tasks is not permitted. The contract is divided into three separate proceedings to ensure independence and avoid conflicts of interest during the design and construction phases. The selection of the Contract Engineer and the contractor for the design and construction will occur simultaneously. All requirements outlined in the documents are mandatory, and failure to meet them will result in the rejection of the offer.
