Janitorial Services Framework Agreement in Norway

Nye Veier AS is seeking a comprehensive supplier for property services through a framework agreement. This opportunity primarily involves janitorial services for residential properties associated with road development in the regions of SørVest, SørØst, Innlandet, and Trøndelag. A detailed list of property locations can be found in Annex 1B. In addition to janitorial services, the contract may also include plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, and construction services. Suppliers may need to engage sub-suppliers for certain services. Personnel qualifications and competencies required for this contract are outlined in Annex 1. The main tasks include preparing, maintaining, and overseeing rental properties, as well as securing and inspecting vacant properties. The service is set to commence on September 1, 2025, with an estimated annual budget of approximately NOK 3 million, excluding VAT. The framework agreement will last for 2 years, with the possibility of extending it for up to 2 additional years (1 year at a time).
