Building Condition Assessment Services

This contract opportunity involves conducting assessments, evaluations, and inspections related to the condition of buildings, as well as studies related to hazardous materials. The service provider will also participate in the indoor climate working group and provide expert opinions for the planning of indoor climate repairs as needed. The details of the procurement are described in more detail in the request for proposals and its attachments. The service provider must be able to carry out at least the following tasks with their own personnel or through a consortium: 1. Condition assessments and TDD studies (Project Manager and building researcher from the provider) 2. Indoor climate inspections (according to the model of Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy) 3. Condition studies including: a. moisture and indoor climate technical studies b. structural and moisture technical studies c. concrete structure studies d. roof condition studies e. facade condition studies f. HVAC and electrical condition studies (Project Manager from the provider) 4. Pipeline inspections 5. Thermal imaging 6. Hazardous material studies 7. Presentation of research results and participation in working groups and information sessions 8. Participation in the planning of indoor climate repairs 9. Follow-up studies on the success of repairs (according to the model of Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy). The buyer will select four (4) contractual partners for the framework agreement.
