Modernization of Heating Systems in Berlin Hospitals

This contract involves the modernization of heating systems in buildings 6 and 10 of the Berlin Hospital for Forensic Psychiatry (KMV). The selected planning office will be responsible for the following services: - Basic services for building and interior planning (according to § 33ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 10): Basic services in service phases 3 and 5 - 8. - Additional service: Creation of a verifiable construction planning document (BPU) according to the supplementary execution regulations for § 24 LHO Berlin. The contract will initially cover part of stage 2 (HOAI service phase 3, partially 5) with the following options: - Stage 2 (remaining service phase 5) - Stage 3 (service phases 6+7) - Stage 4 (service phase 8). If the budgetary conditions change, the service descriptions must be adjusted accordingly. Only capable planning offices with proven experience in comparable projects and relevant references will be considered for the award of the above-mentioned services.
