Street View Photography Services for Vantaa City and Tuusula Municipality

Vantaa City and Tuusula Municipality are jointly procuring street view photography services. This procurement involves 360-degree street view photography and mobile laser scanning of the road network for the use of Vantaa City and Tuusula Municipality, including post-processing of the materials. The procurement also includes a SaaS-based viewing service for the street view images, with the option for additional consulting and development work. Additionally, Vantaa City will procure inventories based on the materials. The street view images will be used by Vantaa City and Tuusula Municipality for planning, quality control, and asset mapping and management. A more detailed description of the procurement content can be found in the attachment 2: "Service Description" of the request for proposals. The procurement contract will be awarded to one (1) supplier through an open procedure. The contract will be valid for a fixed term of two (2) years from the date of signing. The buyer reserves the right to extend the contract for one (1) additional two (2) year option. The buyer will notify the supplier of the option's exercise six months before the end of the contract period. Each procurement unit will make its own procurement decision and contract with the supplier. Vantaa City and Tuusula Municipality are not committed to specific procurement quantities during the contract period, except for the first year of the contract.
