Construction of the Jurassic Nature Education Center EkoMałopolska in Krakow

This contract involves the construction of the Jurassic Nature Education Center EkoMałopolska and the headquarters of the ZPKWM branch in Krakow. The project includes building a comprehensive facility consisting of a scientific and educational building and a garage, along with site development, which includes road and sidewalk surfaces, landscaping, and bike parking. The technical infrastructure necessary for the building's operation will also be installed, including ventilation, heating, telecommunication, and electrical systems, as well as external installations such as stormwater drainage, water supply, electrical systems, and sanitary sewage. Additionally, the project will develop the park area surrounding the center, which includes constructing a gazebo, wooden platforms, gates, benches, seating areas, exercise equipment for seniors, and educational boards that complement the planned building's function. The investment is located at plot no. 228/2, district 9, Krowodrza - Krakow, at Modrzewiowa Street 22, 30-224 Krakow. The buyer has obtained the demolition and construction permits issued by the Mayor of Krakow.
