Lift Maintenance Services for Albeda

Albeda is seeking to contract a single maintenance partner to ensure the continuity of lift services for the upcoming contract period. This includes both the maintenance of existing lifts and the renovation of lifts as required for safety and reliability according to the Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (MJOP). The contract includes: • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on lift installations; • Assisting with inspections of lift installations; • Providing reports and documentation; • Conducting quarterly meetings; • Performing additional work as requested; • Being the contractual party for planned maintenance; • Providing necessary support during inspections; • Addressing inspection points; • Regular meetings with the client (quarterly meetings). The contract pertains to the current 21 installations, including 3 lifting platforms and 2 platform lifts. These numbers may change during the contract period. The contract encompasses three types of maintenance: 1. Corrective maintenance, which is initiated through our service request system, My ServiceDesk. This includes urgent reports (breakdowns/entrapments) that are communicated directly to the maintenance partner by phone. 2. Preventive maintenance, which involves scheduled maintenance visits to the installations, planned in advance according to an agreed frequency throughout the year. 3. Planned maintenance, based on the MJOP provided by the advisor. The content will be monitored throughout the contract and adjusted as necessary.
