    Brief

This is essential for complying with environmental protection legislation and the limits on sulfur emissions resulting from coal combustion. The estimated maximum value for the contract over a 24-month period is 60,300,000 lei, while the estimated minimum value is 11,700,000 lei. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 23,400,000 lei. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the submission deadline. Note that the contracting authority will only respond once to all requests from interested suppliers within the specified timeframe. Subsequent contracts will be issued every 6 months during the validity of the framework agreement. The contract price may be increased if necessary, as provided in Article 241, paragraph (1), letter b) of Law 99/2016.
