Integrated Hospital Information System for Urziceni

The project aims to implement a comprehensive Integrated Hospital Information System at the Municipal Hospital of Urziceni. This includes the supply of equipment and software licenses as per the specifications outlined in the tender documents. The contractor will benefit from these immediately after the installation and initial configuration services are completed. Additionally, IT services will be provided to operationalize the integrated information system in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documents. This procurement is necessary as part of a project funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, focusing on digital transformation in public healthcare. The specific investment involves enhancing eHealth and telemedicine systems, as well as improving the digital infrastructure of public healthcare units. Interested suppliers have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to these requests 11 days before the submission deadline.
