Modernization of the Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie

This contract involves the modernization of the Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie. Key tasks include: a) renovation of the building's usable space, b) replacement of the heating system and radiators, c) replacement of the water and sewage systems, d) replacement of the electrical system and lighting, e) replacement of telecommunication systems, f) installation of mechanical ventilation, g) insulation of the roof and replacement of the roofing material, h) insulation of external walls, i) replacement of some external joinery, j) installation of a ramp for individuals with reduced mobility, k) construction of a reinforced concrete elevator shaft and installation of an elevator, l) replacement of flooring, m) replacement of internal joinery, n) landscaping work, including the creation of a summer reading area with pathways and small architectural elements along with minor retention features. The selected contractor will provide a warranty for the work, with a minimum of 36 months for installed equipment and 60 months for other aspects of the project. The project is co-financed under the European Funds for Territorial Development, aimed at enhancing the role of culture and tourism in subregional development. Accessibility requirements for individuals with disabilities are included in the project specifications. A site visit is optional but recommended for contractors to familiarize themselves with the project specifics, scheduled for January 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
