The provider will minimise business risk from fraud activities through rigorous investigative work. Key deliverables include interim and final written investigation reports detailing investigative actions, evidence, and recommendations, all conducted in compliance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE). The investigating officer must be capable of preparing witness statements suitable for court proceedings and attending court to give evidence in person. The provider will participate in monthly review meetings throughout the contract period to ensure ongoing oversight and accountability.
