Swale Borough Council is inviting organizations to express their interest in leasing the Neptune Terrace building located on Marine Parade, Isle of Sheppey, Kent. This single-storey building, previously used for storage and office space, is now vacant and has recently undergone light refurbishment. The building is conveniently located near the High Street and train station, adjacent to the beach, and has a gross internal area of approximately 76m2 (818.06ft2). It features two rooms with separate entrances, one primarily for storage and the other for office use. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating is D, valid until 2033. Interested parties should submit their proposals by Friday, May 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM via the Kent Business Portal.
