Future Employment Support Service Partnership Opportunity

Maximus is seeking expressions of interest from diverse service providers to deliver Future Employment Support for unemployed Universal Credit claimants. This DWP-commissioned service will provide personalised, tailored support to help individuals move into work, including: skills and training; job matching and placement; self-employment support; interview and application assistance; workplace health management; practical support with travel and childcare; and specialist services such as ESOL. Maximus welcomes applications from specialist skills providers, local community organisations, recruitment specialists, health and disability support providers, ESOL services, and organisations supporting people with complex barriers to employment. Successful partners should demonstrate proven employment support delivery, ability to provide intensive personalised interventions, strong local presence or knowledge, employer engagement capabilities, experience with complex needs, and commitment to collaborative working. Maximus will conduct market engagement activities including webinars, one-to-one meetings, and information requests to co-design the service with partners. Participation does not guarantee future involvement in procurement. Maximus will not cover any bid costs or applicant expenses and reserves the right to reject applications or terminate the process at any time.
