Suicide Bereavement and Postvention Support Services

Four local authorities in Yorkshire (North East Lincolnshire Council, North Lincolnshire Council, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and Hull City Council) are jointly procuring a suicide postvention service. The successful contractor will provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to individuals of all ages who have been bereaved by suicide or suspected suicide, or who are otherwise affected by a suicide loss. The service aims to help people understand and process their grief and trauma through counseling, support groups, training, and other therapeutic interventions. This is a collaborative framework contract opportunity for experienced mental health and bereavement support providers.
