Cumbria Adult Learning Services - Subcontracted Provider Partnerships 2026/2027

Cumbria Adult Learning is seeking subcontracted providers to deliver adult learning services across Cumbria for 2026/2027. This open tender opportunity is designed to expand service capacity and reach by partnering with external providers in the following areas: (1) Additional curriculum and geographic coverage in areas not served by existing Adult Learning Centres; (2) Specialist provision including horticulture, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), logistics, health and care; (3) Rural education provision to address geographic isolation; (4) Provision for specific target groups including those with learning difficulties and disabilities (LDD) and employability-focused learners. Successful tenderers will work as subcontracted partners to help Cumbria Adult Learning meet diverse learner needs and expand its reach across the region.
