Design Team Lead Architect - St Joseph Street Housing Project, Limerick

Limerick City and County Council seeks an experienced architect to serve as Design Team Lead for the development of 3 one-bedroom residential units in a single end-of-terrace structure on St Joseph Street, Limerick. The design must match the character and style of existing terraced units in the area. The successful architect will be responsible for full design consultancy services for affordable and social housing projects, including: acting as design certifier and assigned certifier, preparing Financial Statement of Compliance (FSC) and Design and Access Statement (DAC), and serving as lead consultant for the project. This opportunity is advertised under the Public Spending Directive Programme (PSDP).
