Youghal Greyhound Stadium Track Upgrade and Drainage Works

This project involves comprehensive track resurfacing and drainage improvements at Youghal Greyhound Stadium. The work includes: (1) removal and temporary relocation of existing silica sand; (2) removal of current terram (geotextile layer); (3) raking and replenishment of drainage stone base; (4) installation of new terram layer; (5) placement of 4 inches of coarse rabbit sand; (6) relay of original silica sand; (7) cleaning of existing infield drain; and (8) installation of new infield drain for improved water management. All work must be completed within a two-week timeframe while the track is closed to operations. Suppliers should have expertise in sports track construction, drainage systems, and ability to manage material handling and disposal operations efficiently within the specified timeline.
