Health and Safety Management System - Market Engagement

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking suppliers to provide information on Health and Safety Management System solutions. This is a market engagement exercise to understand available solutions before a formal procurement process. The Council requires a system to help Health and Safety Officers and managers record, investigate, and report on health and safety incidents across the organisation. Core system requirements include: incident reporting (accidents, near misses, violence), central incident database, desktop investigation tools, investigation status monitoring, advanced search and filtering capabilities, record amendment functionality, automated manager reminders, RIDDOR notification alerts, report generation to Excel and Word formats, and document/evidence upload features. Suppliers should provide information on system functionality, cloud/SaaS hosting options, reporting and dashboard capabilities, Microsoft 365 integration options, licensing models with indicative costs, implementation timescales, customer support arrangements, and relevant public sector experience.
