Clacton Beach Venue Refurbishment - Pre-Construction Services Agreement

Tendring District Council has awarded a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to Re-Gen (UK) Construction Limited for the refurbishment of the Beach Patrol building and Micro Venue at Clacton Beach. This PCSA phase includes design development, buildability reviews, programming, cost planning, risk management, procurement planning, and stakeholder liaison to prepare comprehensive proposals for a subsequent design and build construction contract. The Council retains discretionary authority to proceed with the main works contract following successful completion of the pre-construction services phase.
