Researcher Platform for Genomic Data Access and Analysis

Genomics England seeks a supplier to build and operate a secure cloud-based Researcher Platform that enables researchers to access, visualize, analyze and collaborate using genomic and health datasets from the National Genomic Research Library (NGRL). The supplier will be responsible for platform implementation, ongoing development, maintenance, technical support, and operations throughout the contract period. The platform must securely serve a growing research community while meeting strict information governance and data protection requirements. Key responsibilities include ensuring secure data access controls, developing analysis and visualization tools, enabling researcher collaboration, and maintaining system reliability and performance. The supplier should demonstrate expertise in cloud infrastructure, genomic data management, research platforms, information security, and healthcare data governance.
