Legal Services Support for IUK Contracts Team

This procurement is being concluded without competition due to technical reasons - only a particular supplier can provide the required goods, services, or works. Background: Innovate UK (IUK) has established a call-off contract with Burgess Salmon to provide legal support to the Contracts team and other IUK departments. UKRI's internal Legal team lacks the capacity to handle the current volume and pace of legal matters required. Requirement: Immediate legal assistance is needed for contract-related matters and other legal support across IUK. This engagement will provide capacity support to address urgent legal issues that exceed the availability of internal resources. Scope: The successful supplier will provide legal advisory services to support IUK's Contracts team and other departments with timely legal guidance and contract management assistance.
