Fencing Supply and Installation Services for East Riding of Yorkshire

This term service contract provides fencing and gate supply and installation services across East Riding of Yorkshire Council's extensive property portfolio of approximately 12,000 properties. The successful supplier(s) will deliver experienced teams capable of providing timber and metal fencing in various styles, along with associated gates, to meet diverse site requirements. Work scope includes vegetation clearance, landscaping, repairs, replacement of existing fencing, and new installations at multiple locations throughout the East Riding of Yorkshire. Services must be delivered within defined response times to specified locations. Beyond the main housing stock, the contract may extend to additional works requested by other council departments including Highways, Flood Risk Management, Play Parks, Forestry, and other service areas. Suppliers should be prepared to handle varied fencing specifications and site conditions across the local authority's growing property estate.
