Orbital South Colleges (East Surrey College and John Ruskin College) is seeking qualified education and training providers to deliver subcontracted programs during the 2026/27 academic year. We are looking for partners who can demonstrate: excellence in educational quality, strong compliance records, positive learner outcomes, and alignment with regional skills priorities. Orbital South Colleges retains full accountability for all funded provision and maintains oversight of partner performance.
