Plumbing and Maintenance Services for Children's Health Ireland Sites

Children's Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking proposals from qualified organisations to provide plumbing maintenance and minor plumbing works services across CHI sites, including CHI at Crumlin and CHI at Temple Street. This competition will establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with up to three framework members. Works valued at €5,000 excluding VAT or less will be awarded to the first-ranked company; work exceeding €5,000 excluding VAT will be subject to competitive pricing among panel members. CHI will regularly verify pricing to ensure value for money against open market rates. The framework is non-committal regarding business volume, and CHI reserves the right to remove any framework member for non-conformance, poor performance, or demonstrated unsuitability, with potential replacement by a qualified lower-ranking bidder. The top-ranked tenderer will receive first preference if a static plumber or apprentice position becomes necessary. Successful bidders will enter into a Services Contract with CHI covering services during the framework's lifetime.
