Design Services for Ribblesdale Court Entrance and Communal Areas Refurbishment

Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking design services to refurbish the entrance and communal areas at Ribblesdale Court in Beeston. This project is part of the Decent Neighbourhoods scheme, which aims to modernise public spaces, improve safety and aesthetics, and enhance usability for residents. The successful supplier will be responsible for: designing improvements to entrances and communal areas; creating a Design Guidelines Document and design palette that can be applied to future projects across Broxtowe District; and producing deliverables that establish a replicable design standard for similar schemes. The work will result in a safer, more attractive, and more functional environment for residents while providing a blueprint for future neighbourhood improvements.
