Redecoration and Guttering Works at Jarmans Field Retirement Development

Anchor Hanover Group seeks a qualified contractor for redecoration works at Jarmans Field, a 30-property retirement development in Kent comprising 26 two-bedroom bungalows and 4 three-bedroom purpose-built properties with conservatories. The contractor must manage all works including subcontracted scaffolding and demonstrate capability to work in an occupied residential setting. Works include: removal and replacement of rainwater goods; timber repairs using epoxy resin treatments and replacement where necessary; preparation and redecoration of fascias, soffits, bargeboards, and roofline timbers; garage timber repairs and redecoration; timber door and entrance archway redecoration; limited internal decoration of communal areas including walls, skirting boards and doors; waste removal; and scaffolding access to high areas (MEWPs excluded). Bidders must register interest by 17:00 on 4 June 2026 and attend a mandatory site visit on 8 June 2026.
