Community Scrutiny Training Programme Provider

MOPAC is seeking a training provider to develop and deliver a comprehensive training programme for the Community Scrutiny Transformation Programme. The programme will train volunteer community scrutineers and Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) officers to review and challenge police practices including stop and search, handcuffing, and taser use. The training must be practical, accessible, and scalable across London's multiple boroughs, accommodating participants with varied backgrounds and experience levels. Key learning outcomes include understanding community scrutiny's purpose and scope, building confidence with data and evidence analysis, and engaging constructively in scrutiny processes. The successful provider will support the expansion of community scrutiny networks and ensure consistency and fairness in local scrutiny processes across all participating boroughs.
