Community Ophthalmology Triage and Treatment Service for Derby and Derbyshire

NHS Derby & Derbyshire Integrated Care Board is seeking qualified and experienced healthcare providers to deliver a Community Ophthalmology Triage and Treatment Service across Derby and Derbyshire.
