Vascular Compression Therapy Products Framework Agreement 2028

The Authority is establishing a framework agreement for the supply of vascular therapy and associated products and services. The initial contract period is two years, with options to extend for up to two additional one-year periods (2+1+1), for a maximum total duration of four years, subject to satisfactory performance and Authority discretion. Framework Categories: The agreement will cover vascular compression products including anti-embolism stockings, sequential and universal intermittent pneumatic compression garments, graduated compression hosiery, upper limb compression garments, calf muscle electro-stimulation devices, compression wraps, and compression garment applicators (both single-use and reusable). The Authority welcomes supplier engagement regarding framework structure. Supplier Requirements: • CE and/or UKCA certification with Declaration of Conformity required at tender submission • Modern Slavery Assessment Tool (MSAT): minimum score of 41% within 12 months of tender close date • Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment: Level 1 or higher completion required within 12 months of tender close date • Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP): valid plan dated within 12 months prior to tender close, either on website (meeting PPN 006 requirements) or as PDF format • Cyber Security Essentials Plus Certificate: required if handling patient/personal data or providing IT systems, services, or devices For sustainability guidance, visit: https://www.supplychain.nhs.uk/programmes/sustainability/net-zero-supply-chain-and-suppliers/
