Cost Consultancy Services for CHP Project Through RIBA Stage 7

This opportunity seeks cost consultancy services for a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) project. The consultant will provide comprehensive cost management and advisory services progressing through all RIBA Plan of Work stages up to and including RIBA Stage 7 (In Use). Services will include cost planning, value engineering, budget forecasting, and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal cost control and financial performance.
