Cleaning Services Contract - The Heathland School, Hounslow

The Heathland School, an Outstanding rated 11-18 co-educational community comprehensive school in Hounslow, Middlesex, is seeking a cleaning contractor to provide comprehensive cleaning services across the entire school facilities. The school serves 1,850 students and 220 teaching and support staff. This is a fixed-price contract running for three years from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028, with two optional extension years (3+2 year basis). The school operates 195 calendar days per year with 190 student attendance days. The current contract value is £239,637 per annum.
