Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services for City of Wolverhampton College

City of Wolverhampton College is seeking an experienced and fully qualified mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance provider to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality services across its college estate. The initial contract runs for three years with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. The successful contractor will be responsible for: planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance testing, reactive repairs, and asset management. Key requirements include: adherence to all college policies and safety protocols, compliance with DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) requirements, safeguarding expectations, and use of the college's Computerised Facilities Management (CAFM) system to maintain accurate records. The provider must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate ongoing estate changes while ensuring all updates are reflected in maintenance schedules, statutory compliance programmes, and the live asset register. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-functioning learning environment.
