Expression of Interest: Construction Development Sites for Social Housing across Ireland

Focus Housing Association CLG, the housing provider for Focus Ireland, is seeking expressions of interest from developers, builders, and property owners with suitable sites or existing developments for social housing construction and completion. Focus Ireland is a major housing and homelessness organization serving people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Ireland. This is the first stage of a competitive procedure with negotiation. Suitable applicants will be assessed and invited to participate in subsequent negotiation stages. Focus Housing Association intends to acquire the freehold interest of completed developments. Target locations include all four Dublin local authority areas, Limerick City, Kilkenny City, Sligo Town, Kildare, Carlow Town, Tipperary towns (Thurles, Clonmel, Nenagh), Wexford Town, Clare (Ennis), Waterford City, and Mayo. Other locations outside this list may be considered based on local housing needs. Applicants should have ready-to-develop sites or developments capable of completion, with stage payments available as part of the Development Deal Agreement.
