Property Marketing and Disposal Agent for Nether Horsburgh

FLS seeks an experienced property agent to market and dispose of land at Nether Horsburgh near Peebles in the Scottish Borders. The successful agent will be responsible for identifying and targeting developers to negotiate an Option Agreement that allows the developer to secure planning consent before triggering the property purchase. The contract includes: preparing an initial marketing report with strategy and costs; executing a targeted marketing campaign; identifying a strategic housebuilder, land promoter or developer; negotiating Option Agreement terms (length, payment, and conditions); providing regular progress reports to FLS; and liaising with legal representatives through to sale completion and settlement. This is a long-term engagement with expectations that the developer will bring forward a mixed-use masterplan aligned with the next Local Development Plan.
