Growth Pathway Market Engagement Delivery Partner

The UK Space Agency (UKSA) is seeking a delivery partner or consortium to design and deliver the next phase of the Growth Pathway programme, which helps UK space companies access investment funding. The Growth Pathway provides tailored advisory services to growth-stage and high-potential space businesses, covering areas such as commercial strategy, financial planning, legal and IP matters, and investor engagement. The programme aims to help UK space scale-ups overcome financing barriers and attract private investment. The successful supplier will deliver diagnostic assessments and bespoke advisory services to participating companies, support marketing and communications activities, design a service menu, manage engagement between UKSA and industry participants, and contribute to monitoring and evaluation. The Advisory Scheme was piloted in FY2025/26 with six companies; this procurement seeks to scale delivery to approximately 30 companies over the contract period. This procurement will be run through the Government Procurement Agency Management Consultancy Framework 4 (MCF4) RM6309, Lot 2. Suppliers without current framework status are encouraged to form consortia with framework members.
