SONI seeks a Learning and Development (L&D) service provider or providers to support its People & Place strategy and build a unified learning ecosystem for employees. The partner(s) will design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions that address compliance requirements, provide role-based development programs, and create clear career pathways for SONI's workforce. This engagement requires understanding of organizational development, learning platform management, and the ability to implement scalable solutions across the enterprise. Qualified suppliers should have experience in developing integrated learning ecosystems, managing multiple stakeholder needs, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with organizational strategy.
