Regional Complex Termination of Pregnancy (CTOP) Hub Provider

NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board seeks a provider to establish and operate a Regional Network Lead Provider (Hub) for Complex Termination of Pregnancy (CTOP) services across the South East. The successful provider will deliver specialist medical and surgical termination of pregnancy care up to 23 weeks and 6 days gestation, establish and manage a regional Single Point of Access (SPOA), coordinate a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), and lead clinical governance and training across a network of NHS and Independent Sector providers. Responsibilities include ensuring equitable, safe, and high-quality care coordination across the region. Contract Details: Initial 5-year term with optional 2-year extension (total potential 7 years). Annual funding includes Training Funding (£128,000), Network Funding (£64,000), and activity-based funding, totalling £192,000 per year (£960,000 over 5 years; £1,344,000 over 7 years with extension). Additional activity funding will be provided retrospectively based on centrally collected data. The Commissioner does not believe TUPE Regulations 2006 apply, but bidders must conduct their own independent assessment.
