Consultant Review for Ceredigion Cultural Heritage and Information Services Website

Ceredigion County Council is seeking a consultant to lead stakeholder engagement workshops for its cultural heritage and information services, which include Ceredigion Archives, Ceredigion Museum, and Ceredigion Libraries Service. The consultant will assess the effectiveness of the current digital presence across these three services, which currently operate separate websites, and will conduct workshops with internal officers, community groups, residents, and culturally excluded groups to gather feedback. The consultant will then develop a clear, costed action plan detailing specific improvements for each service website. The scope of work includes stakeholder coordination, consultation facilitation, digital offering evaluation, and the production of an actionable improvement plan.
