Integrated Consultant Team for Gaelscoil Éadain Mhóir Primary School Development

Appointment opportunity for a Project Manager-led Integrated Consultant Team to deliver a new primary school and nursery unit at Lecky Road, Derry/Londonderry. The successful team will provide comprehensive professional services across all RIBA Plan of Work 2013 stages (0-7), including project management, architectural design, quantity surveying, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical services engineering, and civil engineering. A Modern Methods of Construction Specialist sub-consultant must be included in the team. The project involves designing and overseeing a state-of-the-art teaching environment for Gaelscoil Éadain Mhóir Primary School, from initial concept through to completion. Interested consultants should have experience in educational facility design, modern construction methodologies, and delivery of public sector infrastructure projects.
