ESPO, a public sector-owned professional buying organisation, is establishing a framework for the supply, installation and refurbishment of flooring products. This framework is open to the wider public sector and offers access to comprehensive flooring solutions across multiple categories. The framework is divided into two main lots: Lot 1: Supply and Installation of - Sub-Lot 1.1: Carpet - Sub-Lot 1.2: Vinyl Flooring - Sub-Lot 1.3: Linoleum and Rubber Flooring - Sub-Lot 1.4: Resin Flooring Lot 2: Supply, Installation and Refurbishment of Laminate and Wood Flooring Additional flooring products and associated services are also covered. Suppliers can tender for one or more lots and sub-lots. The tender closing date is 12:00 noon on 03 July 2026.
