External Audit Services for Delta Housing Ltd (2027-2031)

Delta Housing Ltd is seeking an experienced external audit provider to deliver statutory audit services to the organisation and its subsidiaries from 2027 onwards. The successful provider must be authorised to audit Public Interest Entities (PIEs) in the UK and registered with the FRC. Key responsibilities include: conducting independent statutory external audits in accordance with UK auditing standards for the Group and all registered and non-registered subsidiaries; delivering clear and timely audit opinions for all required entities; providing risk-based insights to strengthen financial governance and internal controls; reviewing internal financial controls and key accounting judgements; conducting audit planning, interim audits, year-end audits and clearance meetings; attending Audit and Risk Committee meetings; and issuing audit reports, management letters, recommendations and lender compliance certificates. This is a four-year contract designed to ensure Delta Housing meets its regulatory, statutory and financial reporting obligations while maintaining high-quality assurance over the Group's financial position, controls and governance.
