Cleaning Services for Harris Federation Schools and Head Office

Harris Federation, an education charity operating 54 primary and secondary academies across London and Essex, seeks a cleaning services supplier for 13 schools and their Head Office across 7 lots. The contract covers daily cleaning and out-of-term deep cleaning for teaching spaces, offices, circulation areas, and rest rooms. The successful supplier must work around each school's lettings schedules to ensure spaces are cleaned and ready for the following day. All cleaning staff must provide full employment history as required by the Trust's Safeguarding Policy. The supplier will manage all cleaning materials, consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid), bin liners, and point-of-use items. The supplier is responsible for establishing effective communication systems with the Client and ensuring compliance with all legal and health and safety requirements. The contract period is 3 years with options to extend for two additional one-year periods at the Client's discretion. Schools included span locations from East Dulwich to Wembley, Sutton, and Rainham.
