Family Help Service for Children and Families in Herefordshire - Market Engagement Request

Herefordshire Council is seeking information from potential service providers through this Request for Information (RFI) to determine interest in delivering Family Help Services for Children and Families. This is preliminary market engagement to inform service development. The new contract is expected to start in April 2027 with a minimum 3-year term and optional 2-year extension. The service will provide integrated early support to families with multiple and/or complex needs, with successful providers taking on the Family Help Lead Practitioner role. This aligns with the Families First Partnership reform in Herefordshire. The council welcomes responses from direct service providers, partnerships, and collaborative delivery models. Responses to this RFI will help shape the final service specification, which has not yet been completed. This is an opportunity to influence service design before formal procurement begins.
