Housing Qualifications Training Framework - Level 4 and Level 5

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement to deliver Level 4 and Level 5 housing-related qualifications to staff. These qualifications are mandatory to meet the Regulator of Social Housing's competence and conduct standards, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for their roles. CCHA will use this framework to commission training on an as-needed basis. Selected training providers will be added to the approved supplier list but should note there is no guarantee of work or minimum volume commitment. Eligible suppliers should be appropriately qualified to deliver regulated housing qualifications and demonstrate experience in vocational training delivery.
