Oral Health Smile Packs Supply Contract

This contract is for the supply of oral health smile packs containing a toothbrush, toothpaste, and printed leaflet for both adults and children (ages 6-12 years). The supplier must be capable of designing and printing custom smile pack leaflets and promotional cards. Artwork examples have been provided, with final designs to be agreed upon by the contracting authority and Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust prior to contract award. Contract Duration: 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 (initial 12-month term). The authority may extend the contract for up to two additional 12-month periods (1 September 2027 to 31 August 2028 and 1 September 2028 to 31 August 2029) at its discretion, on identical terms. Estimated Contract Value: £166,665 excluding VAT for the full agreement period (including potential extensions). Key Requirements: Suppliers must demonstrate printing and customization capabilities for leaflets and cards, and be prepared to collaborate with the authority and NHS trust on final artwork approval.
