Fire Door Upgrade and Remedial Works at Stonecroft Nursery

Stonecroft Nursery requires fire door upgrade and remedial works to be completed during the Christmas break. The scope includes replacement of fire doors on a like-for-like basis and repairs to retained doors, with all making good and redecoration works included in item costs. All work must comply with BMTrada or Fireas standards and be undertaken by certified professionals. Bidders should account for all enabling works necessary for smooth execution. Any additional items discovered during works will be processed as variations and require prior written approval from In-Line Safety Ltd and the Client before proceeding. The variation process requires all changes to be documented on the Variations Tab. This phased approach ensures minimal disruption to the nursery's operations.
