Architectural Consultancy Services for Science Laboratory Upgrades across Limerick and Clare Schools

Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board seeks architectural consultancy services for upgrades to nine science laboratories and associated climate action improvements across four school locations. The project is divided into four lots: Lot 1 - Coláiste Mhuire, Askeaton (3 laboratories); Lot 2 - Hazelwood College, Dromcollogher (2 laboratories); Lot 3 - Scariff Community College (1 laboratory); Lot 4 - St Anne's Community College, Killaloe (3 laboratories). Work must comply with current Department of Education and Youth guidance documents TGD 003 and TGD 031, and follow the standard Science Laboratory layout template where practical, while accommodating existing physical constraints and floor plan layouts. Successful bidders will provide comprehensive architectural consultancy to support the Climate Action Summer Works Scheme implementation across these four school sites.
