Repairs and Maintenance Framework for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service (HIWFRS) is establishing a four-year Repairs and Maintenance Framework Agreement to support the upkeep and improvement of its operational estate, including fire stations, headquarters, training facilities, and administrative buildings across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This multi-lot framework enables flexible procurement of construction, maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement works ranging from routine repairs to capital investment projects. The framework supports both planned maintenance and reactive works, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and operational requirements. The procurement is divided into 13 specialist lots tailored to specific types of work and geographic areas: • Hampshire-based lots: General Building Project Works (Lot 1: £250,000-£2,000,000; Lot 4: up to £250,000), Minor Mechanical & Electrical Works (Lot 2), HVAC (Lot 3), Groundworks and Drainage (Lot 5), Fabrication and Manufacturing (Lot 6), Renewables (Lot 7), and Final Finishes (Lot 8) • Isle of Wight-specific lots: General Build (Lot 9), HVAC (Lot 10), Minor Mechanical & Electrical Works (Lot 11), Fabrication and Manufacturing (Lot 12), and Renewables (Lot 13), all up to £250,000 per project Each lot will have multiple pre-appointed suppliers to ensure competitive delivery and adequate capacity throughout the framework period.
