Multi-Lot Framework for Decarbonisation and Retrofit Services in Scotland

PfH Scotland, a national procurement consortium supporting the social housing sector since 2004, is establishing a comprehensive framework to help public bodies achieve Net Zero objectives. This multi-lot framework seeks qualified suppliers across 15 lots covering asset management, surveys and inspections, retrofit services, consultancy, heat networks, electric vehicle chargers, insulation works, heating and renewable energy systems, and innovative decarbonisation technologies. Lot 8-13 are divided into value bands (A: GBP 0-1.5m and B: GBP 0+) to accommodate organisations of different sizes and capabilities. Suppliers can apply for single or multiple lots depending on their expertise and capacity.
