WCHG is seeking contractors to provide comprehensive servicing, maintenance, and responsive repair services for fire safety and refuge equipment across its housing portfolio. The scope of work includes automatic smoke ventilation systems, disabled refuge systems, dry risers, emergency lighting, fire detection and alarm systems, portable fire appliances, and sprinkler systems. Contractors must demonstrate expertise in maintaining critical life safety systems and be able to respond promptly to repair requirements.
